Perry-LeBlanc has a passion for Appalachia as her family originated from the southern coal fields of West Virginia. She is dedicated to bringing quality care to the people of this region. Perry-LeBlanc chose social work as a career to serve, assist, and advocate for vulnerable populations and individuals who otherwise may not have a voice.
Stephanie Perry-LeBlanc received her bachelor’s degree from West Virginia Wesleyan College in 2005 and graduated with a master’s degree from Marshall University.
